With the assistance of the Maintenance Worker, our group conducts annual inspections of all our homes. After this is done, we make a list of priority repairs and/or replacements that are needed and schedule the work for the upcoming year. We also plan for the long-term…. when should we replace the roofs, appliances and windows, etc. and then advise the Board of Directors Finance Committee about how much will it cost to do these things.

Day-to-day routine maintenance items are handled by the Maintenance Worker or by outside contractors. We ourselves do not do any maintenance repairs, our role is to plan for the big picture to ensure that our buildings and properties stay well maintained into the future.
